The Economic Times Young Leaders programme is a platform for recognising and rewarding India's most promising young managers. This initiative is meant to encourage, identify and nurture promising future business leaders of India Inc.
The ET Young Leaders is for corporate executives between the age of 26 and 32 years, who are not only at the cusp of entering the leadership cadre within their organizations, but also those who are looking to improve their leadership quotient.
The programme administers a combination of assessment tools, online as well as on-ground, and culminates in face-to-face interviews with leaders from the corporate world. A list of the Top Young Leaders is attained at the end of assessments across four phases.
