About The Initiative

The Economic Times Young Leaders programme is a platform for recognising and rewarding India's most promising young managers. This initiative is meant to encourage, identify and nurture promising future business leaders of India Inc.

The ET Young Leaders is for corporate executives between the age of 26 and 32 years, who are not only at the cusp of entering the leadership cadre within their organizations, but also those who are looking to improve their leadership quotient.

The programme administers a combination of assessment tools, online as well as on-ground, and culminates in face-to-face interviews with leaders from the corporate world. A list of the Top Young Leaders is attained at the end of assessments across four phases.

How do I Participate?

Welcome. You are currently in the first phase of the programme. The first phase will require you to take a simple online test. This involves:

  • A unique Username & Password will be allocated to you
  • The last step – Take The Test
The Programme Phases
Phase 1 Online testing Register on the website and spend 20 mins. on a simple preliminary assessment
Phase 2 Online testing in a controlled environment Shortlisted candidates will be tested on their analytical aptitude, verbal ability, and personality
Phase 3 On-ground assessments Those who make it to this round will participate in group assessment sessions
Phase 4 One-on-One interviews with CEOs Our esteemed panel of CEOs will interview the finalists. The list of ET Young Leaders is determined from the top scorers in this phase
