About The Program

Started in 2012, The Economic Times Young Leaders is India's largest and definitive platform for young managers to fast-track their careers. Over the years, India’s top CEOs have partnered with the program. These include Harsh Mariwala (Chairman, Marico), Kalpana Morparia (CEO, JP Morgan & Co.), Pramit Jhaveri (Vice Chairman, Citi India), Sanjiv Mehta (CEO, Hindustan Unilever) and Vanitha Narayanan (Chairman, IBM India) amongst others

In 2018, the ET Young Leaders program received participation from approx. 25,000 young working professionals. 46 deserving professionals were identified as the promising young leaders of corporate India. 10 of India’s top CEOs conducted one-on-one interviews with the finalists. A glittering felicitation ceremony was attended by the finalists and alumni who spent an evening engaging with India’s leading CEOs.
